If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt. Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and include why you wish to return the item.
If the items being returned were a gift, you will receive online credit. Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and condition. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Please allow 5 - 7 days for us to process your return.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. If you choose to ship via US Postal Service, do not require a signature - this will result in the package being returned to shipper. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
